Test Technician (Multiple Levels & Shifts Available)

Actalent is seeking Test Technicians to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Lancaster, PA.

Multiple openings are available across 2nd and 3rd shifts, with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced candidates.

Technicians will be responsible for testing electronic boards and assemblies to ensure products meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform functional testing on electronic boards and assemblies.

+ Troubleshoot and verify product performance against technical specifications.

+ Document test results and escalate issues as needed.

+ Work independently, particularly during off-shift hours.

+ Participate in initial training on 1st shift prior to transitioning to assigned shift.

Required Qualifications

+ Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent Military Electronics Experience.

+ Strong experience in electronics.

+ Troubleshooting to the component level.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with avionics or military electronics programs.

+ Familiarity with cross-functional testing environments.

+ Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Shift Schedules

2nd Shift (9/80 Schedule):

+ Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM

+ Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

+ Every other Friday off

3rd Shift (9/80 Schedule):

+ Sunday – Wednesday: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM

+ Every other Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation

+ $23 – $35/hr (based on years of experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
