    Responsibilities:

    + Utilize Civil 3D Software to create, modify, and maintain engineering drawings and models for municipal projects.

    + Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to support the development of design plans and construction documents.

    + Ensure that all CAD work complies with local municipality standards and other relevant industry guidelines.

    + Maintain organized and accurate project files, ensuring version control and document management.

    + Assist in quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and project documentation.

    + Contribute to the continuous improvement of CA standards and procedures within the company.

    + Stay up to date with the latest CAD software updates and technologies to enhance productivity.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Aided Design or a related field.

    + 2+ years of relevant experience

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D software.

    + Experience with MicroStation is a plus

    + Must be able to work in the Milwaukee corporate office 5 days per week.

    + Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.

    + Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.
