Job Title: Concrete Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of concrete-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project scopes, developing strategies, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

+ Identify and quantify necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing a bid strategy for projects.

+ Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.

+ Perform job setup for projects, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.

+ Ensure the generation and accuracy of timely project information.

+ Create preliminary schedules for projects.

+ Conduct organized and accurate project takeoffs.

+ Collaborate with Project Leads and other operational support to develop accurate project plans.

+ Communicate necessary information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team.

+ Compile daily job cost reports to ensure alignment of costs and quantities with the budget.

+ Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.

+ Execute detailed project closeouts.

Essential Skills

+ Project management experience in commercial construction.

+ Experience with vertical concrete construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proven experience in construction project management.

+ Strong understanding of concrete and commercial construction processes.

Work Environment

The role involves working within a dynamic construction environment, collaborating closely with project teams. The Concrete Project Manager will utilize various project management tools and technologies to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
