Job Title: Seed Quality Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Seed Quality Technician to support our laboratory operations. This role is responsible for the creation and movement of physical samples, performing designated seed quality analyses, and assisting with seed health testing and greenhouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare buffers and reagents for laboratory use

+ Maintain indicator plants and conduct grow-out assays

+ Perform physical seed quality analysis and assist with seed health tests

+ Operate, inspect, and maintain laboratory equipment

+ Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Management Standards

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

+ Support greenhouse operations as needed

+ Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

+ 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
