Job Title: Spare Parts TechnicianJob Description

Seeking passionate and highly motivated Spare Parts Specialists to join our team in the MSP Department. You will integrate with plant maintenance and facilities to enhance spare parts processes and technical knowledge, ensuring top-tier customer service in battery manufacturing.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot spare parts issues related to equipment failures in production and facilities.

+ Clarify production and facilities equipment problems with a focus on spare parts functions.

+ Review and verify the availability of specific parts and interact with Facilities, Production Engineering, Maintenance, and Equipment Vendors to resolve issues.

+ Bridge MSP Organizational capabilities at PEMC for direct communication with TBMNC.

+ Support deep problem-solving through the reflection step.

+ Conduct field verification of spare parts on equipment with Project Leaders.

+ Confirm spare parts specifications through machine drawings.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or engineering.

+ Proficient in SAP, Maximo, and continuous improvement practices.

+ Knowledge of preventive maintenance.

+ Planner, inventory, and engineering/maintenance skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Engineering or maintenance technical 2-year degree or equivalent work experience of 4 years.

+ Self-motivated and capable of self-management.

+ Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to US cities.

+ Proficient in Microsoft systems: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Work Environment

This role is onsite at a new battery plant in Liberty. The work environment offers flexible schedules and a balance between work and life. Although travel may be required for some positions, arrangements can be made for rotation of weeks. The work is stable, with long-term contracts that are renewed annually. Employees enjoy 10 PTO days and 9 paid holidays per year. Any hours worked over 40 are compensated at time and a half. We provide full support for travel arrangements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
