    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Compounding Formulator, where you will play a crucial role in mixing and formulating batches of personal care products and cosmetics. This position offers significant opportunities for learning and growth within the compounding team, as the company aims to triple its revenue in the next three years.

    Responsibilities

    + Mix and formulate batches of personal care products and cosmetics.

    + Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while handling large batch sizes, with a minimum experience of 1000 gallons.

    + Collaborate with the compounding team to enhance product quality and consistency.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in mixing, compounding, and formulation.

    + Experience with GMP standards.

    + Ability to handle large batch sizes, minimum of 1000 gallons.

    + Strong background in chemistry.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a cosmetics or foods environment.

    + Large batch experience is required. 1000 gallons and up

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
