Job Title: Technology Partnerships Lead
Job Description
Identify customer contracts in need of space avionics or high-reliability design and manufacturing services and products. Leverage technical expertise in the industry to consult on engineering solutions within high-reliability avionics electronics, including CCAs, PCBs, wire harness systems, and electronics manufacturing. Utilize a technical background to effectively collaborate with customers. Understand the industry of high-reliability electronics manufacturing, related companies, and programs/contracts. Identify target opportunities using previous experience and customer contacts that align with technical expertise and solutions in the electronics manufacturing and design phase. Engage in traditional marketing for near-term opportunities and support other identified customers by qualifying, quantifying, and solutioning opportunities. Support rapid response proposals for near-term identified opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams on customer feedback and potential additional opportunities. Attend aerospace industry symposiums, conferences, and trade shows to market GES.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and leverage customer contracts needing space avionics or high-reliability design services.
+ Consult and discuss specifications for engineering solutions in high-reliability avionics electronics.
+ Utilize a technical background to assist in solutioning with the customer base.
+ Understand the industry of high-reliability electronics manufacturing and related programs/contracts.
+ Identify target opportunities using previous experience and customer contacts.
+ Engage in traditional marketing for near-term opportunities.
+ Support identified customers in qualifying, quantifying, and solutioning opportunities.
+ Support rapid response proposals for near-term opportunities.
+ Provide feedback to internal teams on customer feedback and potential opportunities.
+ Identify and attend aerospace industry symposiums, conferences, and trade shows to market GES.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with high-reliability avionics boards, CCAs, circuit cards, PCBs, harnesses.
+ Experience in marketing, sales, and business development with B2B interactions.
+ Ability to identify market opportunities and write proposals.
+ Experience in electronics manufacturing environments and knowledge of avionics hardware.
+ Strong understanding of avionics technologies for high-reliability systems (DoD/Space).
+ Excellent writing and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
+ At least 15 years of experience in the field.
+ Experience with space/spaceflight/NASA/Space Force/satellite systems.
+ Existing relationships at government level within NASA, DOD IDIQ, such as Army MAPS, DARPA, DLA, GSA, Space Force, Air Force.
+ Networks within both primes and subcontractors with hardware development efforts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $110.00/hr.
