Job Title: Quality Systems SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Systems Specialist to cover a temporary position for an employee on a 3-month leave. This role is integral to maintaining our quality standards, involving work within our Quality System and reviewing CAPAs, assessing risk, onboarding suppliers, and managing CAPA closures.
Responsibilities
+ Work within the Quality Management System (QMS).
+ Review and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
+ Assess risk associated with quality processes.
+ Onboard suppliers and manage supplier quality.
+ Ensure timely closures of CAPAs.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with CAPA and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
+ Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies.
+ Knowledge of ISO standards and pharmaceutical quality systems.
+ Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in quality systems, preferably within a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
+ Highly literate in computer skills, including MS Office and QMS applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
+ Strong typing and computer literacy skills.
Work Environment
The role primarily involves working in an office environment, with occasional tasks on the manufacturing floor as needed. Working hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM, though there is flexibility to work from 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. There is no requirement for Saturday work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
