Description

As a ME (manufacturing engineer), you will be responsible for: - manufacturing process creation and updates (writing the process for installing the parts) - virtual part review and assessment against our GMRs (global manufacturing requirements) - take lead on resolving any issues found with design for manufacturing mindset - program cost assessment and input for new models being studied - manufacturing tooling development including creating scopes of work for quoting, reviewing quotes, and issuing POs to suppliers - take part in design reviews hosted early on in programs with goals of driving design in direction that will improve build quality and reduce manufacturing cost (labor and tooling)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience Required: Preferred 3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience. Experience in problem solving processes (root cause analysis, 5 why, 8D, etc.), process writing, tooling development, virtual part review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
