    Role Summary

    We are seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in mechanical design and product development. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, thrives in startup environments, and has experience launching real, physical products into production.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design and engineer precise, scalable, and manufacturable mechanical systems

    + Apply expertise in thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics to optimize performance

    + Utilize SolidWorks(or equivalent CAD tools) for mechanical design and refinement

    + Conduct FEA and mechanical simulations to validate and improve designs

    + Lead prototyping, testing, and validation efforts to ensure durability and safety

    + Collaborate withindustrial designers, architects, and manufacturing experts

    + Explore and implementcutting-edge materials and production methods

    + Create and maintaindetailed engineering documentation

    + Troubleshoot and provide technical support for mechanical issues

    Required Qualifications

    + 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering

    + Proven track record of launching physical products into production

    + Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent)

    + Experience with FEA analysis and mechanical simulation

    + Deep understanding ofengineering fundamentalsin thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics

    + Exp. in high-performance product development(e.g., aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics)

    + Knowledge of scalable manufacturing processes(machining, casting, injection molding, precision fabrication)

    + Experience working in startup environments and on large-scale projects

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
