    Job Title: Lab Manufacturing Associate

    Job Description

    The 3rd shift Lab Manufacturing Associate will perform a variety of tasks related to the production of reagents and buffers. This includes troubleshooting formulations, filling processes, packaging, and conducting quality control procedures for consumables. The role involves data collection and analysis, processing work orders, executing batch records, and improving SOPs. The associate is expected to identify weaknesses in formulations and SOPs, maintain inventory through cycle counts, and operate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to support R&D and process improvement activities is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform assigned manufacturing tasks for reagents and buffers.

    + Troubleshoot formulations, filling processes, packaging, and analytical techniques.

    + Conduct quality control procedures for consumables.

    + Collect and analyze data.

    + Process work orders to complete products for inventory.

    + Execute and improve batch records and SOPs.

    + Identify gaps and weaknesses in SOPs and formulations.

    + Maintain correct inventory of materials through cycle counts, ordering, and receipt.

    + Operate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.

    + Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to support R&D and process improvement activities.

    + Lead support for kit operations and buffer formulation under 50L.

    + Perform troubleshooting as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with formulations, reagents, and quality control.

    + General laboratory skills including UV VIS.

    + Experience with SOPs, BRs, and WIs.

    + Hands-on experience with pH, conductivity meter, UV-vis, and other standard lab equipment.

    + Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.

    + Highly organized and flexible.

    + Detail-oriented.

    + Experience with developing and updating BOMs is preferred.

    + Experience with formulation, fill, packaging, and chromatography in a laboratory setting is preferred.

    + Bachelor of Science degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, or related life science discipline preferred.

    + 1-2 years of relevant experience in consumable manufacturing.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
