    Hiring: Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

     

    We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead and support all engineering activities from the manufacturing stage through final product delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on mentoring engineers and technicians, driving technical problem-solving, and enhancing the sophistication of the manufacturing process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and manage project schedules across customers, internal teams, and the supply chain.

    + Supervise, hire, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and interns.

    + Apply and teach advanced manufacturing techniques to improve production efficiency and quality.

    + Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.

    + Partner with the design team to develop innovative solutions and bring product concepts to life.

    + Conduct testing and theoretical analysis to ensure product safety, performance, and compliance.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field.

    + 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

    + 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

    Essential Skills:

    + Expertise in project scheduling and quoting.

    + Hands-on experience with CNC machines and related technologies.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $72.00/hr.
