Actalent Services is looking to hire a Director of Clinical Operations for a behavioral health clinic in Wichita, KS.

Job Description:

The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to ensure effective client care. This role involves providing individual, group, and family counseling sessions while collaborating with medical staff, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care efficiently. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and agency standards is crucial. The Director will participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development, and educate clients and families about addiction, recovery, and available resources.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

+ Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.

+ Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care.

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.

+ Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

+ Educate clients and families about addiction, recovery, and available resources.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
