    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechatronics Technician I to join our team. This role involves supporting the installation, maintenance,

     

    troubleshooting, and repair of integrated mechanical, electrical, and automated systems used in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a background

     

    in mechatronics or related fields and is eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

    REPORTING STRUCTURE

    The Mechatronics Technician I will be part of the Production Maintenance Teamand report directly to the Maintenance Manager (Americas). The role carries

     

    full accountability for achieving established goals and objectives.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, robotics, conveyors, and control systems.

    + Conduct basic diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.

    + Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.

    + Work under the guidance of senior technicians (Tech II, III) to resolve technical issues.

    + Help monitor and enhance machine performance through data collection and analysis.

    + Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

    + Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and parts inventories.

    + Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

    + Participate in ongoing training to develop technical competencies.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS

    + An associate degree, diploma, or certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience.

    + Fundamental knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems.

    + Basic experience with tools and equipment used for electrical and mechanical repairs.

    + Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.

    + Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    + Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.

    + Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving parts.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, climb ladders (up to 40 ft), and work in confined spaces.

    + May require rotating shifts (including weekends), overtime, and on-call availability.

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    The hourly pay ranges from $30 to $35, with a target performance bonus of 7% of the annual base salary. Compensation is determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and education. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other competitive benefits. We are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent pay practices.

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
