Clinical Contracts Associate II
Job Description
Assist the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) in managing a large volume of paperwork related to confidentiality agreements, clinical trial agreements, subcontracts, amendments, and clinical research support agreements. Track conflicts of interest in the CTO internal database for each clinical trial agreement.
Responsibilities
+ Manage paperwork related to confidentiality agreements, clinical trial agreements, subcontracts, amendments, and clinical research support agreements.
+ Track conflicts of interest in the CTO internal database for each clinical trial agreement.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in contract management and administration.
+ Knowledge of clinical research and clinical trial agreements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3+ years contracts experience
+ Academia and hospital experience preferred
+ Strong reading comprehension skills.
+ Attention to detail.
Work Environment
This role is based in a world-class academic medical center known for pioneering research and compassionate care. Work remotely three days per week and report to the Associate Director of Contracts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $46.00/hr.
