    We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes with industry standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods.

    + Prepare and maintain standard solutions, reagents, and laboratory equipment.

    + Monitor bath chemistry to ensure compliance with internal specifications and industry standards.

    + Assist in maintaining records of analysis, solution concentrations, and corrective actions.

    + Support environmental testing and wastewater treatment monitoring.

    + Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues or solution variances.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory workspace.

    + Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Quality control

    + Laboratory experience

    + Titration expertise

    + Experience with metal finishing

    + Chemistry knowledge

    + GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

    + Quality control and assurance

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No degree necessary

    + Experience in metal finishing preferred

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a laboratory environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 10-hour workdays and the possibility of 10-15 hours of overtime per week.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
