manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support the implementation of new automated production lines

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated manufacturing equipment

+ Understand and maintain automation systems integrated into production processes

+ Diagnose and repair Bar Code vision systems

+ Train operators on proper use and safety of automated equipment

+ Collaborate with Maintenance, Operators, and Automation Engineers to improve system performance

+ Continuously enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Essential Skills & Experience

+ Minimum 3 years of experience working with manufacturing equipment (automation preferred)

+ Strong knowledge of:

+ Automation systems and troubleshooting

+ Electrical systems and controls engineering

+ HMI interfaces and robotics

+ PLC programming and diagnostics (Automation Direct & Rockwell preferred)

+ Experience with Epson Robots and Automation Direct PLCs

+ Associate’s degree in a technical field (EET, MET, Automation, Advanced Manufacturing, etc.)

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Location: Michigan City, IN

+ Shift: 2nd shift (7 PM – 7 AM)

+ Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation (alternating 36 and 48-hour weeks, includes some weekends)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
