Job Summary:
The PDC Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of facility operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused distribution of agricultural equipment parts. This includes overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with AGCO’s operational excellence goals.
Your Impact
+ Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and invoicing, while leveraging digital tools and automation for process optimization.
+ Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards, and effectively manage vendor relationships for essential services like transportation and facility maintenance.
+ Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets and key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors to cultivate a high-performance culture, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and IT teams, utilizing analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, and conflict resolution skills to navigate change and ambiguity.
Your Experience and Qualifications
+ Requires associate or bachelor's degree in business, or a related field preferred, along with 3-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
+ Must possess strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Must have previous experience with collective bargaining units/Unions.
+ Proficiency is essential in inventory control, and warehouse safety, including familiarity with ERP platforms, automated picking/packing systems, and forklifts/material handling equipment.
+ Strong organizational planning skills, experience in budgeting, cost center reporting and forecasting.
+ Ability to multitask and solve complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment with hands on approach.
