You as Order Management Customer Excellence Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. This role involves coordinating with various teams like logistics, warehousing, and customer service, as well as managing inventory and resolving any issues that arise

How you create impact

+ Receiving, entering, and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

+ Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, warehousing, customer service) and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

+ Monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments, and proactively addressing potential stock shortages

+ Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers regarding order status, potential issues, and other relevant information

+ Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process, such as delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods

+ Utilizing Kuehne+Nagel transportation management system (TMS) and other relevant tools to track shipments, manage data, and generate reports

+ Generating reports on order status, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics for management review

+ Identifying opportunities to optimize order management processes and enhance overall efficiency.

What we would like you to bring

+ Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

+ 3+years of experience in similar role from logistics, transportation, or supply chain management

+ Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, including TMS and ERP systems

+ Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles

+ Detail-oriented and meticulous in data entry and record-keeping.
