CFAN Production Associate

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will perform all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. This includes loading raw materials, picking and sorting piles, producing kits, bagging and labeling, working with raw materials, applying raw material on the tool (mold) by the following planning: prepare bags for compactions, pushing/pulling carts to stage blades, utilizing tools such as bones, scissors, scalpels, etc. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Responsibilities

+ The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with general labor and production processes.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

The work environment includes shifts on 1st shift - 7:15am-3:45pm, 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM with an additional shift premium, and the 3rd shift from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM also includes a shift premium. The role requires working with various equipment and machinery in a manufacturing setting, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the production process.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
