Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

The Yard Team Member is responsible for the final movement of all pre-cast concrete pieces at the plant. Utilizing industrial-sized equipment, they load, offload, and transfer these pieces, completing the pre-cast process before installation at job sites. This role requires working in all-weather conditions and following instructions and guidelines to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

+ Facilitate the final movement of pre-cast concrete pieces at the plant.

+ Operate industrial equipment for loading, offloading, and transferring pre-cast pieces.

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

+ Work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Essential Skills

+ Experience working in an outside environment.

+ Forklift operation experience.

+ Rigging experience.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM and ending when tasks are completed. The environment can be very hot or cold depending on the weather, with work required both indoors and outdoors. The facility features large buildings and equipment, which may be overwhelming for some. Steel-toed boots are mandatory, with safety glasses and hard hats provided by the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
