Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at a leading metal fabrication facility. We are currently seeking four technically skilled individuals to enhance our maintenance team. The ideal candidates will be capable of troubleshooting a variety of systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and all mechanical aspects of maintenance, as well as electrical systems up to 480 volts.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.

+ Replace motors as needed.

+ Operate CNC burners, specifically Messer equipment.

+ Troubleshoot lasers, particularly Trumpf systems.

+ Engage in CNC maintenance, focusing on Haas, Mazak equipment.

+ Handle PLC troubleshooting, including HDMI and Fanuc levels.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.

+ Experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.

+ Background in hot/heavy industrial environments.

Shifts available: 3rd shift opening from 9pm to 5:30am (Sunday-Thursday), with little overtime required on weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
