Industrial Maintenance Technician Clarksville

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform reactive and preventative maintenance on all printing equipment used for production. This role requires the ability to read blueprints with electrical symbols, work with 480v motors, conduct basic wiring related to industrial maintenance, change out parts for setups and repairs, and have lock out and tag out experience.

**Pay:** $28hr.

**Shift:** 3rd shift (6pm-6am)

**Location:** Clarksville, TN

Responsibilities

+ Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on all printing equipment used for production.

+ Read blueprints with electrical symbols and work with 480v motors.

+ Conduct basic wiring related to industrial maintenance work.

+ Change out parts for setups and repairs on machines.

+ Execute lock out and tag out procedures as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read blueprints with electrical symbols.

+ Basic wiring experience related to industrial maintenance.

+ Experience with 480v motors.

+ Ability to change out parts for setups and repairs.

+ Lock out and tag out experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2 years’ experience preferred in all phases of industrial equipment maintenance.

+ Good math and computer skills, including Excel and CMMS.

+ PLCs.

+ Ability to read standard blueprints, machine, and process drawings.

+ Knowledge of maintenance processes and proper use of work order systems.

+ Flexibility to work other shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.

Work Environment

You will initially train on the first shift, likely for 2-4 weeks, before moving to your designated shift based on your learning pace. The shifts are structured as follows: 3rd shift from 6pm to 6am. The work environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability to different conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
