Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

The Production Operator will run production on a variety of machines in the Finishing department.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and oversee production equipment in the Finishing department.

+ Communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Perform basic mathematical calculations as required.

+ Use calipers and interpret blueprints to ensure precise production.

+ Contribute to food production, general labor, and food preparation tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.

+ Capability to perform basic math.

+ Experience in interpreting blueprints.

+ Familiarity with using calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

+ Experience as a line cook or in foodservice is advantageous.

+ Must be able to read and interpret written instructions.

Work Environment

Work in an indoor production facility that is very dusty and dirty, with numerous machines operating throughout the space. The environment includes smells of rubber, metal, and other industrial materials.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
