Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery.

+ Troubleshoot and repair blowing molding machines, extrusion machines, conveyors, etc.

+ Conduct both mechanical and electrical repairs.

+ Handle facilities repairs when needed.

+ Utilize blueprints and schematics for effective repairs.

+ Set up and change over machinery as required.

+ Engage in thermoforming, sheet/roll fed, heater bands, sequencing, etc.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with PLCs.

+ Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V.

+ Competency in Mathematics, including fractions, addition/subtraction, and measuring.

+ Proficiency in using blueprints and schematics.

+ Skills in hydraulics, welding, stick welding, and fabrication.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
