Working with a Maintenance company in the Titusville area that is seeking qualified Groundskeepers for 1st Shift!!!

***Must have previous experience operating tractor for landscaping and cutting

***Must be able to work on site at Runway near Kennedy Space Center

Job Description

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of our facilities. This includes tasks such as cutting grass, planting flowers, and performing basic masonry work.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain the grounds by cutting grass and planting flowers.

+ Perform basic masonry work to ensure facility upkeep.

+ Conduct facilities maintenance and repair tasks as needed.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to the facilities.

+ Carry out painting tasks to maintain facility aesthetics.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday-Friday

7:00AM-3:30PM, end and start time could vary.

Pay

$17-19 hr. based on experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
