    Job Description

    The role involves cleaning and servicing hospital rooms and facilities to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, and trash removal.

    + Maintain custodial and housekeeping standards.

    + Ensure hospital rooms and facilities are clean and hygienic.

    + Interact with patients courteously while performing duties.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial tasks.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Ability to work independently and efficiently.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is a plus.

    + Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and work overtime when needed.

    Work Environment

     

    Work within a large hospital network with varying shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM. The environment demands adherence to cleanliness standards and professional interaction with patients.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
