Production Workers Needed 1st & 2nd Shift La Vergne $18/hr!

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets, while monitoring quality and stacking orders based on daily requirements. The position requires the ability to repetitively lift up to 25lbs, maintain high attention to detail, and perform inventory counting while standing for over 10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

+ Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

+ Monitor product quality and stack orders according to daily requirements.

+ Perform inventory counting with high attention to detail.

+ Stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours a day.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor roles.

+ Familiarity with picking and packing processes.

+ Ability to use RF scanners and perform inventory tasks.

+ Previous experience as a picker/packer in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with palletizing and packaging processes.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shifts: 1st shift from 7AM to 3:30PM, and 2nd shift from 3:30PM to 12AM, with some days requiring 10-hour shifts. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Employees must adhere to GMP guidelines, including wearing hairnets or beard coverings if necessary, and avoiding jewelry, false eyelashes, nails, body glitter, and strong scents while on the plant floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
