Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to assist in the hand packaging of various candy and food products. This role involves packaging products into boxes or single packaged goods, palletizing, boxing for shipment, and lifting items up to 20 lbs. Candidates must be willing to work with marshmallows and gummy candy made with gelatin. Standing for the entire shift is required.

Responsibilities

+ Hand package different types of candy and food products.

+ Package products into boxes or single packaged goods.

+ Palletize and box products for shipment.

+ Lift items up to 20 lbs.

+ Stand for the entire shift.

+ Work with marshmallows and gummy candy made with gelatin.

+ 6 months of production experience preferred

+ Willingness to work with marshmallows and gummy candy made with gelatin

Work Environment

This role takes place in a food production environment where standing for the entire shift is necessary. Masks must be worn, and attire should be professional, avoiding shorts, capris, clothes with holes, open-toed shoes, tank tops, jewelry, watches, false fingernails, nail polish, false eyelashes, or clothes with sequins or beads. Hairnets and beard nets are required if applicable. Cell phones are not allowed on the production floor and must be stored in a locker or vehicle.

This is a Contract position based out of Le Center, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
