Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team for new construction roofing projects. Contractors will be responsible for general laborer duties, ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the work site.

Responsibilities

+ Remove debris and dispose of trash.

+ Use shovels and hand tools to perform tasks.

+ Cut up materials and load onto carts for transport.

+ Assist with laying insulation and attaching materials.

+ Clean up materials and tools to maintain an organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ Experience working on construction job sites.

+ Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing manual labor.

+ Familiarity with power tools, concrete work, and roofing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in labor-intensive jobs such as concrete work.

+ Any roofing experience is a significant advantage.

+ Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Johnsonville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
