Job Title: Pouch Line Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Pouch Line Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating pouch-making machinery to produce flexible packaging products according to job specifications. You will set up machines, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operation, while ensuring production quality meets required specifications and standards.

**Pay** : $18-$22/hr

**Shift:** 6AM-2PM (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

+ Operate pouch-making machinery to produce flexible packaging products according to job specifications.

+ Set up machines, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operation.

+ Monitor production quality, ensuring pouches meet required specifications and standards.

+ Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machines.

+ Conduct quality checks, including visual inspections, measurements, and leak tests.

+ Maintain accurate production records, documenting output, downtime, and adjustments.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Work collaboratively with other team members, including supervisors and quality assurance personnel.

+ Assist in material handling, loading rolls, and preparing raw materials for production.

+ Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or material defects.

Essential Skills

+ Experience operating pouch-making machinery.

+ Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery.

+ Skill in monitoring production quality and conducting quality checks.

+ Experience in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.

+ Proficiency in maintaining accurate production records.

+ Understanding of safety protocols and company procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in pouch line operations is required.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

+ Proficiency in material handling and preparation for production.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic production environment, operating Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM. The facility promotes safety and collaboration, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all team members.
