Job Title: Repair Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Repair Administrator to actively manage Repair Management processes for assigned repair vendors. The role involves ensuring proper part support levels, managing scrap rates, analyzing repair quotes for accuracy, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

+ Review and manage Repair Management Minimum Serviceable Pool levels for assigned vendors.

+ Manage scrap rates by part number, recommending release of additional unserviceable material.

+ Review scheduled Repair Management inbound rotable parts, recommending deferrals or expedites based on demands.

+ Engage with management and inventory planning on deferrals and stop-work actions to meet monthly inventory targets.

+ Create and manage repair orders, sales, exchanges, and stock.

+ Resolve vendor discrepancies and supply issues.

+ Analyze repair quotes to ensure accuracy and approve as required.

+ Assist with daily repair order report and sales orders.

+ Track and monitor status of all material/parts required for sales orders.

+ Update inventory tracking system and maintain records.

+ Perform Purchase Order Releases in SAP for Repair Management team.

+ Manually enter Shop Findings Reports (SFR) when necessary.

+ Review and manage individual and group KPIs.

Essential Skills

+ Strong knowledge of Inventory, Expediting, Procurement methods, and practices.

+ Experience in forecasting, planning, expediting, and buying.

+ Deep knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.

+ Experience working with aircraft/engine repair facilities and supply chain/exchange material.

+ Knowledge of aerospace requirements, quality systems, and technical proficiency in aircraft engines/APU systems.

+ Knowledge of FAA activities, MRO, inventory, and configuration.

+ Minimum 3 years' experience as an Aviation Repair teammate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Supply chain management expertise.

+ Customer service experience.

+ Familiarity with 8130 forms and FAA Manuals.

+ Experience as an aircraft parts buyer.

+ Administrative support and data entry skills.

Work Environment

The role operates Monday through Friday during the first shift, from 7am to 4pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Pompano Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Can be provided to the recruiter as needed.

This is a fully onsite position in Pompano Beach,FL.
