Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the disassembly, machining, and blending of Aero-engine turbine airfoil components. This includes utilizing a variety of CNC and manual lathes, mills, and grinders to machine airfoil components.

Responsibilities

+ Disassemble turbine airfoil components.

+ Perform machining and blending of airfoil components using CNC and manual lathes, mills, and grinders.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for manufacturing ducts.

+ Conduct mechanical assembly and deburring.

+ Operate saws for component processing.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with blending and machining techniques.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.

+ Experience in machining LPT Blades.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

+ Ability to read and write English.

+ Steel-toed shoes required.

+ Capability to read FAA regulated instructions.

Work Environment

Join a state-of-the-art engine LPT blade repair facility that is clean and climate-controlled. Work in a supportive environment with an 8% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
