Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable warehouse worker to join our team. The role involves heavy lifting, stocking for shipment or inventory, picking and packing items, and managing shipping tasks. The candidate will also perform manual inventory tasks and require basic computer skills to maintain inventory databases.

Responsibilities

+ Perform heavy lifting up to 40lbs for stocking and inventory purposes.

+ Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently for shipment.

+ Engage in shipping tasks and manage manual inventory processes.

+ Utilize computer skills to maintain and update inventory databases.

+ Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse.

+ Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in SAP for inventory management.

+ Experience with forklift operation.

+ Ability to perform cycle counts effectively.

+ Skill in picking and packing items.

+ Proficiency in using a pallet jack.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting.

Work Environment

Work indoors with a dedicated team of three other production assistants, under the supervision of a lead and supervisor. Collaborate in a dynamic and organized warehouse setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
