    36/hr MIG Welder

    Responsibilities

    + MIG .035 weld enclosures and power units

    + Fabricate, fit, grind, and assemble as needed

    + Provide training to new employees or those learning new work areas.

    + Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.

    + Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately.

    + Assist with robotic welding.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year of MIG welding experience with mild steel.

    + 1+ year of blueprint reading.

    Above-market pay based on experience and an 11% shift premium for 3rd shift.

     

    Quarterly bonuses after transitioning to permanent positions with a minimum expected bonus of $500 per quarter based on metrics.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role is for the 2nd and 3rd Shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime every other weekend.

    This is a Contract to Hire position near Eagle, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
