    Job Description

    Aerotek is partnering with a leading manufacturer in South Beloit to hire a Powder Coating Technician. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong attention to detail and experience in industrial finishing.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)

    + Operate spray guns and automated coating equipment

    + Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow safety protocols and production schedules

    Qualifications

    + 1+ year of experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Strong work ethic and reliability

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
