Now Hiring: Fabrication Technicians – Aurora, CO

Schedule:1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)

Pay Range: $23.00–$31.00/hr (based on experience)

About the Role

As a Tent Fabrication Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—cutting, prepping, and assembling high-performance tent components. From fiberglass poles to vinyl panels, your craftsmanship ensures the durability and reliability of every product we deliver.

What You Bring

+ Experience in production, construction, general labor, or textiles

+ Bonus: Textile or sewing experience

+ Comfortable using hand tools, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery

+ Detail-focused with a strong commitment to safety

+ For advanced roles: Experience with SolidWorks, DXF nesting, and ERP/MRP systems

What You’ll Do

Level 1 – Entry-Level Technician

+ Cut fiberglass poles and prep materials

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

+ Bundle, label, and stage components

+ Assist with basic assembly and material handling

Level 2 – Technician

+ Operate power tools and read technical drawings

+ Prep and stage full tent builds

+ Perform quality checks and minor troubleshooting

+ Mentor entry-level teammates and coordinate with sewing teams

Level 3 – High-Level Technician

+ Lead custom and prototype builds

+ Collaborate with engineering on new designs and materials

+ Use SolidWorks and nesting software to optimize material usage

+ Drive process improvements and mentor across the team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
