Hiring for Machine operators in Greenville, SC pays up to $17/hr.

Description

- General Laborers

- basic mechanical skills.

- Will be loading raw material into machines to produce cinderblocks.

- Will be changing specs on touch screen to produce correctly sized blocks.

- Loading materials into machinery, cleaning out machines at the end of the day.

- Operating a machine to produce concrete stone, not cinderblocks.

- Quality control to make sure blocks are within compliance.

- Will be responsible for removing material.

- Lifting up to 100lbs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

All positions include lifting around 25-30lbs consistently. This is an outdoor environment that does not get cancelled for weather. All buildings are covered but have openings to allow for ventilation. There will be shoveling, some light maintenance, and various other "housekeeping" tasks.

Most importantly, candidates need to understand this is a labor-intensive job. They are working 12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, and are expected to be there every day. Once fully staffed, they will drop to 5 12s with no weekend work.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
