Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated foreman to lead residential and commercial exterior construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, ensure quality craftsmanship, and maintain project timelines. As a foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and direct a crew of carpenters and laborers on exterior construction projects.

+ Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution.

+ Perform and oversee framing, siding, roofing, and finish carpentry tasks.

+ Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with building codes.

+ Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory on-site.

+ Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.

+ Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

+ Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.

Essential Skills

+ Lead experience in construction projects.

+ Carpentry experience with framing, siding, roofing, and finish carpentry.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
