Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Support team member assists in the smooth operation of manufacturing lines by supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring materials are stocked and ready for use.

Responsibilities

+ Loading paper and ink to ensure continuous production.

+ Picking and delivering materials to machine operators.

+ Changing out small parts such as rollers.

+ Assisting operators with various tasks to maintain workflow.

+ Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the production area.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general production and labor.

+ Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.

+ Experience with machine operation, including printing presses.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, both day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

+ Quality experience is a bonus but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
