What You’ll Do

As a Die Cutter Operator, you’ll play a key role in our sanding department, where large rolls of sandpaper are transformed into precision-cut discs for grinders and sanding tools. Your day-to-day will include:

+ Operating die-cutting machinery and CNC/HMI systems

+ Assisting with packaging, labeling, palletizing, and box assembly

+ Monitoring product quality and documenting weights and counts

+ Shrink-wrapping and preparing products for shipment

+ Handling materials up to 35 lbs

+ Learning inventory systems and order staging

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience: Prior machine operation in a manufacturing setting is required

+ Team Player :You work well with others and can keep up with production schedules

+ Reliable: Perfect attendance is a must—we count on each other!

+ Detail-Oriented: Especially when working with products for our largest customer

Bonus Skills

+ Packaging, labeling, and shipping experience

+ Familiarity with inventory/order systems

+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with flexibility for earlier starts or overtime)

+ The facility is not climate-controlled, but large fans help keep things comfortable

+ Small loading dock area with two bays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
