Provide assistance via e-mail and phone to customers and sales reps regarding products, orders and other information

Daily entry of orders received by phone or email

Acknowledgement of orders as received by customer

Match Bill of Ladings with orders after shipment daily

Maintains daily report with KPIs that is issued to the management team for review

Create account adjustments and returns requested by customers and submit to accounting as needed

Assist with any and all freight claims provided by customers and/or carrier partners

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62000.00/yr.
