•** **Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a maintenance team (3+ members)

Troubleshoot and repair machinery efficiently

Perform machine line setups and changeovers

Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs in confined spaces and overhead

Stand, kneel, and climb ladders as needed

Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Foster teamwork and clear communication across departments

•** **Essential Skills & Experience:

3+ years as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

2+ years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role

Experience with pneumatics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

Basic welding skills (Mig/Tig/Stick)

Ability to pass post-offer drug test, alcohol screening, and physical exam

•** **Preferred Qualifications:

HVAC and ammonia system experience

Electrical knowledge (3-phase, 480V systems)

Hydraulic and plumbing skills

Experience leading teams of 10+ in food manufacturing, especially dairy

•** **Work Environment:

Industrial setting with exposure to machinery and equipment

Physical activity required: standing, kneeling, climbing

Adherence to safety protocols and use of protective gear

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Employee owned and only $9.90 up to $60.80 for family coverage.

They offer full-time schedules, life insurance, short-term disability, and pension. You'll also enjoy paid time off, 9 paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick days.
