Cable Puller Helper in the Nashville, TN Area

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and eager Technician Helper to join our team. This entry-level position involves tasks such as pulling cable, running cable through ceiling tiles, installing low voltage cabling systems, and moving and organizing materials. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Pull and run cable through ceiling tiles.

+ Install low voltage cabling systems.

+ Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

+ Organize materials and ensure work area is tidy.

+ Utilize hand tools effectively in day-to-day tasks.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of experience using hand tools.

+ 1+ years of basic laborer experience.

+ Experience construction, cable pulling, or similar fields such as restaurant food service, janitorial, or manufacturing environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with low voltage cabling is a plus.

+ Motivated and eager to learn a trade.

+ Construction experience is ideal, but candidates from manufacturing, warehouse, or other similar environments are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
