    Job Title: Material Staging Specialist

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in managing and tracking inventory within our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring that equipment and parts are logged accurately as they enter and exit the facility. This position requires an ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves heavy computer usage to track materials using Microsoft Excel. Although SAP experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

    Responsibilities

    + Track inventory as it arrives and leaves the warehouse.

    + Use Microsoft Excel to monitor parts and ensure timely processing.

    + Cross-train in other areas to support parts tracking and processing.

    + Engage in heavy computer usage for data entry and inventory management.

    + Regularly walk up and down stairs while carrying parts.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions like using filters.

    + Experience in shipping and receiving.

    + Proficient in data entry and computer usage.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with SAP is advantageous.

    + Previous experience with work orders and inventory tracking software.

    + Ability to track and input data accurately.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a warehouse environment where you will be on your feet for a full 8-hour shift. We offer multiple shifts to accommodate your schedule, including 1st shift (Monday-Friday), 6th shift (Monday-Thursday), 7th shift (Friday-Sunday), and 8th shift (Friday-Sunday). For those on the 7th and 8th shifts, there is an option to work an additional 4 hours during the week to reach 40 hours. Please note that working extra hours requires a consistent schedule. Enjoy a structured workday with designated breaks and a lunch period.

    This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
