Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, responsible for maintaining and servicing all presses and equipment on site. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, replace mechanical components, and install or move equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain, repair, and service all presses and equipment on site.

+ Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

+ Replace mechanical components as required.

+ Install, remove, or move equipment as directed.

+ Interpret electrical diagrams.

+ Provide electrical service to equipment and lighting.

+ Troubleshoot and perform electrical repairs to equipment and lighting.

+ Conduct 12-480V electrical troubleshooting and repair, including servos and electrical press controls.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems.

+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLC troubleshooting.

+ Ability to perform welding and work with 3-phase motors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with electrical wiring and 3-phase motors.

+ Knowledge of preventative maintenance and mechanical repair.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
