    Now Hiring: Production Team Members – Mattress Manufacturing | Riviera Beach, FL

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Production Worker, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality mattresses. Depending on your department, your responsibilities may include:

     

    + Sewing Department: Operate sewing machines to stitch fabrics, create pillow tops, and cut materials accurately.

    + Matt Build: Work in pairs to assemble mattress interiors using glue, foam, and hand tools such as staple guns and hot glue guns.

    + Material Handling: Move and stage materials using push carts to support the production process.

    Additional tasks include:

    + Inspecting components and finished products for quality

    + Following detailed work instructions and safety procedures

    + Rotating through various tasks to build new skills

    What You Bring

    + At least 1 year of experience using hand tools or working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Experience with sewing machines or quality control is a plus

    + Clean, safe, and fast-paced manufacturing facility

    + Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods

    + Shifts may start as early as 5 AM and can last up to 12 hours

    + Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided

    + Physical work environment with exposure to noise, heat, and some chemicals

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
