Job Title: Quality Assurance Aviation
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee quality assurance functions within the aviation sector. The role involves managing critical compliance programs and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities
+ Manage tool calibration program to ensure accuracy and reliability.
+ Request, maintain, and catalog contracted maintenance vendor audits to ensure quality standards.
+ Administer FAA mandated drug testing program to comply with regulations.
+ Manage employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
+ Help ensure and enforce FAA/EASA compliance to maintain industry standards.
Essential Skills
+ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
+ Experience in quality assurance or quality control.
+ Familiarity with FAA and EASA compliance requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of MRO experience in a relevant role is preferred.
+ Familiarity with standard FAA and EASA quality requirements is beneficial.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm, providing a stable and predictable routine.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
