Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues throughout the plant. This role involves performing regular preventative maintenance on machinery such as corrugated machines, flexo machinery, and die cutters. Additionally, the technician will assist with the installation of electrical systems throughout the facility and on production equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues within the plant.

+ Perform regular preventative maintenance on various types of machinery.

+ Assist with the installation of electrical systems throughout the facility.

+ Conduct maintenance on production equipment.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience.

+ Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens.

+ Proficient in wire paneling and reading schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.

+ Ability to work independently after training.

+ Must have own tools on Day 1.

Work Environment

The work environment is dusty and requires training on the 1st shift for at least 6 weeks. After the training period, technicians are expected to work independently. The facility is part of the United Steelworkers union.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
