Job Title: Maintenance Technician - CNC and Automation

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated machinery, including conveyors, gantry systems, and robots integrated with CNC machines. This position offers a comprehensive training program focused on Flowforming technology.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and repair flowformers to ensure optimal performance.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve Flowform process issues to maintain high part quality.

+ Understand and program key characteristics of the Flowforming process.

+ Develop and enhance controls knowledge through direct training with controls engineering.

+ Assist the maintenance manager with administrative tasks such as inventory management, spares ordering, and preventive maintenance management.

+ Perform machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

+ Assist with production needs by prioritizing maintenance activities with shift leaders.

+ Diagnose machine issues and develop effective repair strategies.

+ Help diagnose, develop, and implement predictive maintenance plans.

+ Mentor and support fellow maintenance technicians in their development.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with CNC maintenance, particularly with mills and lathes.

+ Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace 480v electrical components such as motors, sensors, and switches.

+ Mechanical maintenance skills, including the replacement of ball screws.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong knowledge of automated machinery and control systems.

+ Experience with administrative duties related to maintenance management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
